Get Involved! Help us to co-design our delivery plan
Online co-design event – 2pm – 4pm on the 28th April 2025
The Coalition for Personalised Care has always believed in doing with, not doing too. Harnessing the wisdom of the crowd we believe is the only way to achieve the cultural changes needed in health and care. To that end we are keen to ask partners to help co-design our delivery plan going forward. This will build on the priorities we identified last Autumn in our proposals to become a charity:
- Increasing understanding of what personalised care is and why we all need it
- Supporting those making it happen in teams across the country
- Advocating for the skills needed and availability of high quality learning and development opportunities for people
- Capturing and sharing the learning what works and the impact personalised care is making for people and the health and care system
