International transfers
We may transfer, store and process your personal data outside the UK/EU.. We will only disclose your personal information to third parties, e.g. local authority where you have given us your explicit consent to do so or we are otherwise required by law to do so. We will not provide your personal information to any third parties for any marketing or promotional purposes. Subscribers to our services/products can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this. How long we keep information
We will retain and use your Personal Information for 6 years or the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, as long as your membership/partnership remains active, until the Services are fulfilled, to enforce our Policy, resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.
